Puerto Rican model and actress Roselyn Sanchez knew at an early age that her interest in acting and dancing would take her far. After a brief stay in New York City learning how to perform, dance and sing, she made her movie debut in Captain Ron in 1992, with Martin Short and Kurt Russel. But that was just a small step in her rise to stardom. She gained public attention as a dancer and co-host in an island's variety show called Que Vacilon, and was later awarded the first prize as Miss Puerto Rico Petite and the international title of Miss America Petite. After going international, Sanchez name has popped up in several annual lists of beautiful women, including Maxim Magazine Hot 100 in 2001, 2002 and 2006, Askmen.com's Top 99 Most Desirable Women in 2005 and 2006; FHM Magazine100 Sexiest Women in 2005 and 2006. But it's not only about being drop-dead gorgeous, as Rocelyn starred in over 20 movies and joined the cast of TV show Without a Trace. Her hit "Amor Amor" from her musical recording Borinqueña was nominated for the Latin Grammy as Best Music Video.
